Sposarsi in Italia.
Una scelta che sempre più coppie straniere fanno. Le statistiche dicono che Oltre il 20% degli americani sceglie di sposarsi fuori dal proprio paese. E questa è una scelta che compiono anche molte coppie nel resto del mondo. Dalla Russia al Giappone, dall’Inghilterra all’Arabia, la scelta, quando possibile, è di sposarsi in una delle famose “destination wedding” più rinomate. E l’Italia è tra queste.
Nell’immaginario comune, clima, cibo, buon vino, romanticismo, la fanno da padrone. Senza contare anche la pubblicità che arriva da tutte le stars che scelgono continuamente il nostro paese per ufficializzare le nozze. Clooney , Woody Allen, Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes, Sofia Coppola, Jessica Biel, Timberlake. La meta preferita e indiscussa è la Toscana, a cui seguono la Costiera Amalfitana, i Laghi (Como e Garda) e poi città come Venezia, Verona, Firenze, Roma.
Un fenomeno in crescita ed un tipo di turismo che non dura un giorno , “il giorno”, ma diventa una vera e propria vacanza anche per tutti gli invitati alle nozze. Perché spesso, chi sceglie di sposarsi all’estero, lo fa portandosi dietro famigliari e amici, spesso coinvolgendoli in gite fuori porta i giorni prima delle nozze, costruendo ad hoc percorsi enogastronomici e culturali.
Essere una fotografa , che oltre alle news è specializzata in fotografia di matrimonio, mi ha permesso, e permette tutt’ora, di fotografare matrimoni in tutta Italia, a volte tra italiani e stranieri, più spesso tra stranieri che cercano qualità ed esclusività per tutti i loro servizi.
Ecco quindi una piccola selezione delle foto realizzate in questi anni che ritraggono non solo gli sposi ma anche le località più suggestive del nostro paese.

Getting married in Italy.
